A  Refund policy usually consists of:

**Cancellation Fees:** Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of base rate of the booked ride. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with preparation, driver assignment, and vehicle allocation for the original reservation.  **Exceptions:** We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. In cases of sudden medical issues or other valid emergencies, please contact us immediately to discuss your circumstances. We will work with you to find a suitable solution and potentially waive any cancellation fees.
